RARE ELEGANT GLASS ETCHED TIFFIN PITCHER- COMPLETE WITH LID
Pattern is Fountaine -The Fountain
This pattern was produced during the years 1924-1931.
The body of the clear glass pitcher is etched with 3 sets of fountains with a bird on each side of each fountain.
The handle, the base and the top of the lid are green. One can see the twelve panel design of the top with its green finial.
This set is in very nice previously owned condition. I will not say it is absolutely perfect as I did feel a bit of roughness in one spot on the outer part of the handle when I ran my fingers down. Taking my jewelers loop, I did find what one would call a couple of flea bites in one small area, not caught by my naked eye. I did manage to get a close up of that part of the handle. Other than that, I find no flaws.
This piece is 11 1/2" tall, 7" wide from spout to handle and the base is 4" in diameter.
